Refund policy
Return Period
You have 30 days from the delivery date to initiate the return process.
Return Conditions
We accept returns only for:
- New, unused products in their original packaging
- Products showing no signs of use
- Products with original tags and intact hygiene seals
Return Costs
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Return Procedure
Step 1: Send an email to info@pootivo.nl with your order number to request a return.
Step 2: We will provide you with the necessary return information, including the return address.
Step 3: Send the package using a service that provides a tracking number and share this number with our customer service team. The customer is responsible for return costs.
Returns must be sent to the supplier in China.
Returns are accepted exclusively by mail. We do not provide return labels; customers must choose the shipping service themselves and cover the return costs.
Refunds
Upon receiving the shipment, we inspect the items. If they meet our return conditions, a refund will be issued.
Processing the refund takes a maximum of 10 days from the date the returned product is received.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Always check your order immediately after receiving it. If an item is damaged or delivered incorrectly, contact us within 24 hours at info@pootivo.nl. Provide your order number and attach clear photos of the issue. We will resolve it as quickly as possible.
Product Exchanges
We do not offer product exchanges. If you want to receive a different product, return the original product in accordance with our return policy and place a new order.
Order Cancellation
Would you like to cancel your order? Send an email to info@pootivo.nl with your order number. Cancellation is possible only before the order has been shipped. If the package has already been shipped, you may return it in accordance with our return policy.
