You have placed an order – what happens next?
Immediately after placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email containing all important details. This message confirms that your order has been registered in our system and that our team is beginning to process it.
On average, we dispatch orders within 1-2 business days, depending on the current order volume and the time at which the order was placed.
As soon as your order has been dispatched, you will receive a second email with a tracking code. Delivery then usually takes 3-5 business days. The total delivery time averages 4-7 business days, depending on the current order volume, your location, and other factors.
Order cancellation
Would you like to cancel your order? No problem. Contact us at info@pootivo.nl, stating your order number, and we will cancel it with a 100% refund. This is only possible before the order has been dispatched. If the parcel has already been dispatched, you may still return it; however, you will bear the return costs yourself.
Damaged or incorrect items?
Is something wrong with your order? A damaged product, incorrect size, or wrong color? We apologize – we will be happy to resolve this as quickly as possible.
Contact us within 24 hours of receiving the parcel at info@pootivo.nl, stating your order number and attaching photos of the issue. We will contact you as soon as possible to find a suitable solution.
Delayed orders
Has it been more than 7 business days since you placed your order and have you still not received your parcel? First, check the tracking code. Then wait at least 3 more days. If you still have not received anything after that, contact us at info@pootivo.nl. Our customer service team will take immediate action.
